1. Who we are
Compounded Success is operated by Zatheo Ltd. Zatheo Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website and the Compounded Success funnel.
For privacy questions or to exercise your data protection rights, contact hello@zatheo.co.uk.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Your first and last name.
- Your work email address.
- Your company or organisation name.
- Information you provide when booking a review or corresponding with us.
- Your marketing preference, including whether you actively opted in to receive follow-up marketing emails.
- Technical and attribution information such as page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, device/browser information and similar website usage information where the relevant technology is permitted.
3. Why we use your information
To send a resource you requested
If you request the Growth Constraint Playbook, we use the details you provide to send or make that resource available and to administer your request. The marketing opt-in is separate and is not required to receive the Playbook.
To arrange and manage a Growth Constraint Review
If you book a review, we use your details to schedule the appointment, send service messages about the booking and prepare for the conversation.
To communicate with you
We use contact information to reply when you ask us a question or contact us about our services.
To improve the website and measure campaigns
Where you allow optional analytics or marketing technologies, we may use website usage and campaign data to understand performance, improve the funnel and measure advertising.
To send marketing
Where consent is required, we only send marketing emails when you have actively opted in or another lawful exception applies. For this Playbook funnel, the optional marketing checkbox is our primary permission signal for follow-up nurture emails. You can unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.
4. Our lawful bases
Depending on the activity, we rely on one or more lawful bases under UK data protection law:
- Legitimate interests, for example to respond to enquiries, deliver requested resources, administer appointments, protect the site and operate our business where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent for optional website analytics, marketing technologies and marketing communications where we ask you to opt in.
- Legal obligation where we must process information to comply with the law.
- Steps at your request before entering a contract where you ask us to discuss or prepare potential services.
Downloading the Playbook is not conditional on marketing consent. Leaving the marketing box unticked will not prevent you receiving the resource you asked for.
5. Email marketing and business contacts
Electronic marketing rules can differ between corporate subscribers and individual subscribers such as sole traders and some partnerships. To keep this funnel simple and privacy-friendly, the Playbook form provides a separate, unticked marketing opt-in. Where you opt in, we keep a record of that choice. Every marketing email should also provide a clear way to unsubscribe.
If you withdraw consent or object to direct marketing, we may retain the minimum information necessary on a suppression list so we can honour that request.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary site technology and, with your choice, optional analytics and marketing technologies. Optional technologies are controlled through the cookie banner and Cookie Settings. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.
7. Service providers
We use selected service providers to operate the website, CRM, analytics and booking process. These may include:
- HighLevel / LeadConnector for CRM, form capture, booking and workflow administration.
- Hostinger for website hosting and infrastructure.
- Google for analytics and tag management where optional consent is given.
- Meta for advertising measurement or retargeting only if those tools are enabled and the relevant marketing permission is in place.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required by law.
8. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where an international transfer is made, we require the transfer to be handled using a mechanism permitted by UK data protection law.
9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal or accounting requirements, to manage an active client or prospect relationship, or to resolve disputes. Marketing permission records and suppression records may be kept for as long as necessary to demonstrate or honour your preferences. We periodically review information that is no longer required and delete or anonymise it.
10. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask us to:
- Give you access to your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete information.
- Restrict how information is used.
- Provide certain information in a portable format.
- Stop processing based on legitimate interests.
- Stop using your information for direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
To make a request, email hello@zatheo.co.uk.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we use your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
