Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them and how you can control optional tracking.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers cookies and similar technologies used on the Compounded Success website. Similar technologies can include local storage, tracking pixels, scripts and tags.

2. Your choices

Optional analytics and marketing technologies are off by default for a new visitor. You can accept all optional technologies, reject them or choose categories using the cookie controls. You can change your choice at any time.

3. Categories we use

CategoryPurposeTypical providers / technologyChoice
NecessaryRemember privacy choices and support functions you explicitly request, such as form and booking functionality. Our consent preference stored as cs_cookie_consent_v1 in browser local storage. HighLevel / LeadConnector may also use functional technology when processing a requested form submission or booking.Always on where strictly necessary.
AnalyticsUnderstand how the site and funnel perform so we can improve it.Google Analytics 4, property ID G-RCQV8KJK8R. Google Analytics commonly uses cookies beginning _ga.Off until you opt in.
MarketingMeasure advertising and, where configured, support retargeting or advertising audiences.Google Tag Manager container GTM-KF7CJ2VP is treated as marketing in this implementation so advertising tags are not loaded before marketing consent. The static files do not hard-code a Meta Pixel. Any Meta Pixel or other advertising tag configured in the tag manager must remain behind the marketing choice.Off until you opt in.

4. HighLevel / LeadConnector

We use HighLevel / LeadConnector to receive Playbook form submissions, manage contacts and provide the Growth Constraint Review booking calendar. When you submit a form or use the booking calendar, HighLevel may receive the information you submit together with technical or attribution information associated with that request, such as the page URL or UTM parameters.

Service messages needed to deliver a resource you requested or manage an appointment are not marketing messages. Your separate email marketing choice is handled independently.

5. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is only loaded after you enable the Analytics category. It helps us understand aggregated website usage, such as pages visited and funnel activity. If you reject Analytics, our consent script does not load the Google Analytics library.

6. Google Tag Manager and future retargeting

Our Google Tag Manager container is only loaded after you enable the Marketing category. This creates a clean place to add advertising measurement or retargeting tags later. When Meta or another advertising platform is added, its tags must be configured so they do not fire without the appropriate marketing permission.

7. How long choices last

Your choice is stored in browser local storage so the site can remember it. If we materially change our tracking setup or the version of this consent mechanism, we may ask you to choose again. Clearing browser storage can also reset the choice.

8. Changing or withdrawing consent

Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer at any time. Rejecting a category prevents future loading of the optional technology controlled by this site. Where a provider has already set a cookie following earlier consent, our script attempts to remove common analytics and advertising cookies when all optional categories are rejected; you can also clear cookies in your browser.

9. More information

For information about how we use personal information more generally, see the Privacy Policy. For questions, email hello@zatheo.co.uk.
